Dining at Zerbos Bistro was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, and the staff’s friendliness set the tone for the evening. Short Ribs I ordered the short ribs, and they were nearly identical in style to the ones I make at home—tender, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. The meat was cooked to perfection, with a rich, savory depth that spoke to careful preparation. What elevated the dish even further were the grilled carrots on the side. Their smoky flavor added a rustic touch that paired beautifully with the ribs, making each bite feel balanced and hearty. Ginger Salmon My wife chose the ginger salmon, and she was delighted with the flavor profile. The ginger added a subtle brightness that complemented the natural richness of the salmon, creating a dish that was both refreshing and comforting. Cocktails The mix drinks were another highlight of the evening. Each one was crafted with care, but the standout was the cocktail my wife ordered, aptly named “El Chupabra.” It was bold, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—a drink that left a lasting impression. Service To top it all off, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making our evening special. --- Final Thoughts Zerbos Bistro delivered on every front—delicious food, creative drinks, and outstanding service. The short ribs and smoky carrots alone are worth coming back for, but paired with the salmon, cocktails, and warm hospitality, it’s the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again.

We had our wedding reception here and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The event manager, Brandon, was very kind, attentive, and he did a great job making sure that everything came together for our special day. All of the staff that worked our event were also so kind and helpful! There was always someone there if we needed anything. The food was amazing and everything stayed hot and was fresh. If you need a place to host an event, this is the one! We will be back — whether that be for a date night dinner or for another event. Thank you so much, Zerbos! You exceeded our expectations!

There are not enough stars for the experience we have had at Zerbos. First for my daughter's wedding in April of 2023 and then for her Baby Shower in November of 2024. Brandon is a rock star! Do not mistake his complete calm for lack of care, he knows exactly what he is doing! The staff was amazing, friendly and professional. They run on time, keep the place clean and really care about the guests experience. We used both rooms and it really does give a different vibe for each of them. The food was delicious and they even packed up the untouched food to send home to the mom and dad-to-be. Bill was the head of the wait staff and he is beyond great! He made sure every little thing was perfect! Thank you Zerbos! I would 100% recommend for any event you are hosting. We also had a small birthday party in the private room in the basement and it was great for privacy and letting the littles run a round a bit.

Friends have been telling me about this place forever but we are about a 40 min drive but we decided to make the drive! I will say the food was good. We had steak bites, I had the southwest pasta and my husband had the branzino, no complaints… but also not Wow-ed! The service was super slow. People around us who came after we even ordered got their food before us! Our app came before we got our drinks! It was just a weird order of things bc some things took super long. It took about 30 min to get dessert. Everything tasted good. But the service was a little lacking. Idk if I’d make the long drive again for it though. Like i said it was good but just not amazing!

This was my family's second event in the north room. This one was for a wedding lunch. Both events created such a special experience for my family. The event manager, Brandon, and his staff were so attentive and helpful in the pre-event planning and during the lunch. I truly appreciate everything they have done and look forward to returning to zerbo's the next time we have a reason to celebrate another event. I also received lots of feedback from my guests regarding how good the food was and what a beautiful lunch it was. I cannot thank you enough!

Was fully impressed. Will be returning. Had the ribeye and oysters on the half shell. Family had homemade cheese stuffed pasta in a lobster sauce and sea bass. The market has lots of fun and healthy lunch choices in addition to cute novelty gifts..

Perfect for a date night. Live music, a great atmosphere, excellent service, fun cocktails, and very good house wines at reasonable prices. After dinner, we strolled through the market and picked up a few things to take home. The market is unique and expansive, with a great selection and fair pricing. At the restaurant, the steak and meat options were the clear standouts.
